A Clark County resident has filed a class-action lawsuit against Station Casinos, its parent Red Rock Resorts, and related entities over a cyberattack discovered in March that wasn't disclosed to affected customers until late May. The suit alleges the companies failed to adequately protect sensitive data, including IDs, payment details and casino credit records, and seeks damages plus coverage of notification costs.
