Welcome to AboutThePlay, operated by JusT Social Corp (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms.

• Eligibility. You must be at least 13 to use AboutThePlay. Content in the Casino category is for entertainment only and is intended for users 18+ (or the legal age in your region).
• Your account.You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
• Your content. You keep ownership of clips you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and stream your content so the platform can function. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
• Prohibited use. No illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or deceptive content; no spam, malware, or attempts to disrupt the service.
• Termination. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these terms.
• Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.

We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.

• What we collect: your email and username (for your account), the clips and comments you post, and basic, privacy- friendly usage analytics (page views, general location, device type).
• How we use it: to operate the site, show your content, personalize your feed, and improve the product.
• Service providers: we use Supabase (database, login, storage) and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Your data is processed by these providers to deliver the service.
• Your phone number (if you add one) is kept private and is not shown publicly.
• Your choices: you can edit or delete your clips and request account deletion by contacting us.
• Children:the service isn't directed to children under 13.

AboutThePlay is a community. Keep it welcoming:

• Only upload clips you have the right to share.
• No hate, harassment, threats, or doxxing.
• No sexually explicit, graphically violent, or illegal content.
• No spam, scams, or misleading content.
• Casino/All-In clips are for entertainment — don't promote gambling to minors or unlicensed operators.

Reported or flagged content may be reviewed and removed.

We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on AboutThePlay infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@abouttheplay.com including: your contact info, identification of the work, the URL of the infringing clip, and a good-faith statement. We will remove infringing content and may disable repeat infringers' accounts.

• The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We aren't liable for user-generated content or for losses arising from use of the site, to the extent allowed by law.
• Casino / All-In content is user-generated and for entertainment only. AboutThePlay does not operate gambling, accept wagers, or facilitate real-money gaming. Gambling laws vary by region — know your local laws and play responsibly. 18+/21+ where applicable.

AboutThePlay surfaces live scores, schedules, and stats from third-party data providers, and generates editorial content using AI. Here is what powers each part of the platform:

• football-data.org — Live match data, fixtures, and results for the FIFA World Cup 2026 hub are provided by the football-data.org API. Data is fetched server-side and cached; it is not resold or redistributed.
• API-Sports (api-sports.io) — Scores, standings, and live fixture data for other sports hubs are provided by API-Sports.io. All API calls are made from our server; no keys are exposed client-side.
• AI-generated editorial content. Previews, analysis, hub descriptions, and prediction commentary on this platform are original content generated by AI from publicly available factual data. This content is never copied from other sources. It is reviewed and may be edited before publication.
• No official logos, crests, or photographs. AboutThePlay does not use official team crests, league logos, federation marks (including FIFA®, UEFA®, or similar), or licensed photographs. Flag emojis are standard Unicode characters and are not proprietary assets.
• Foretell predictions use virtual credits only — no real money, no gambling. See our Disclaimers section above.
