Caesars Entertainment has not yet filed the change-of-control petition Pennsylvania regulators require to approve its planned $17.6 billion takeover by Tilman Fertitta's Fertitta Entertainment. The deal would hand Fertitta control of Harrah's Philadelphia, Caesars Sportsbook and several iGaming skins in the state, though Fertitta already holds gaming licenses there through Golden Nugget Online Casino. The sale also needs sign-off in New Jersey and other jurisdictions before it can close.
