Arizona Regulator Orders Five Unlicensed Gambling Sites to Shut Down

Arizona's Department of Gaming issued cease-and-desist orders against five operators — including BetOpenly, Bookmaker, Club WPT Online Poker, Kutt Inc. and Raffle Creator — accusing them of running unlicensed sports betting, casino games and daily fantasy contests in the state. Regulators allege some of the platforms let players under 21 participate and cited additional concerns like unlawful enterprise activity. The operators now face potential civil or criminal enforcement, restitution obligations and forfeiture of proceeds if they don't comply.
