Caesars Expands Wabanaki Nations Deal to Bring Online Casino to Maine

Caesars Entertainment is deepening its partnership with three Wabanaki Nations -- the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians, the Mi'kmaq Nation and the Penobscot Nation -- to bring online casino gaming to Maine pending regulatory sign-off. The plan would launch three separate Caesars-branded digital casino products in the state, building on the sportsbook relationship the companies launched back in 2023. Caesars frames the expansion as a way to support tribal communities and local jobs alongside the new revenue stream.
