Elder Scrolls Online Loses Studio Head and Top Leadership in Xbox Cuts

ZeniMax Online Studios head Joseph Burba is departing after 14 years, one of several senior Elder Scrolls Online leaders, including executive producer Susan Kath and game director Rich Lambert, swept up in Microsoft's latest round of Xbox layoffs. Around 200 roles were cut at the studio as part of the broader restructuring. The outgoing leaders are expected to stay on for a transition period while ESO lead Nick Giacomini and operations lead Josh Henderson take over.
