Sonic Frontiers: Definitive Edition Shadow-Drops on Nintendo Switch 2

Sega surprise-released an enhanced Switch 2 version of Sonic Frontiers to coincide with the franchise's 35th anniversary, folding in every update and piece of DLC released since the 2022 original. The Definitive Edition adds quality and performance display modes and lets players carry over save data from the original Switch release. A physical edition is scheduled to follow in September.
