U.S. Commercial Gaming Revenue Jumped Nearly 10% in April

The American Gaming Association's latest tracker shows U.S. commercial gaming revenue rose 9.8% year-over-year in April, with brick-and-mortar casinos doing much of the heavy lifting. Traditional casino-floor gaming alone grew 5.3% to 4.26 billion dollars for the month, suggesting land-based properties are holding up well even as online and sports betting keep expanding. The data points to a healthy stretch for the broader commercial gaming sector through the first third of 2026.
