God of War: Laufey Revealed at PlayStation State of Play — Faye Is the New Hero

Sony dropped the biggest gaming bombshell of June at its State of Play on June 2, unveiling God of War: Laufey — a new entry in the franchise built around Faye, Kratos' late wife, portrayed by returning actress Deborah Ann Woll. More than 20 minutes of uninterrupted gameplay footage showed Faye's faster, more fluid combat as she fights through a mythological afterlife to protect those she loves, and the reveal reportedly brings back a God of War feature absent from the series for 13 years. A PlayStation 5 exclusive, the game currently carries a TBA release window.
